Riding on a low battery

The EUC will have less torque/power/speed at a low charge. Riding on a low battery should only be done with extra caution. It is not recommended to ride the battery down to 0%. Allowing your battery to frequently discharge to an empty state can result in faster degradation and a shorter battery life span. 

NOTE: On Kingsong EUCs, Low Battery Protection is activated when the remaining battery charge is at 30%, speed will decrease linearly. When the battery is lower than 5%, a voice alarm will sound asking the rider to charge. When the battery is at 0%, the pedals will tilt back increasingly requiring the rider to stop and dismount. It may be possible to ride the unit past 0% but this will damage the batteries and likely the controller.
