Do You Accept Returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been open. If you haven't opened your purchased product and would like to return it, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. You can review our full Return and Warranty policy here.

Customers are responsible for shipping products including all original contents and packaging at their own expense to the following address:

Products must first be reviewed upon return before refunds can be processed.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If any fees such as shipping and / or restocking fees are applicable, that amount will be subtracted from the refund.
