Shipping: How long does it take, and how does it work? 📦

When you place your order, our team will pack up and prep your order for shipment. As soon as we generate your shipping label, you'll receive your first shipping notification. Depending on the time of day you order, your package will be picked up by the shipping carrier either the same day or within the next two business days. In rare cases, there can be an additional delay in carrier pickup.

Shipping Time: How Long Does It Take?

• EUC Orders: We carry stock for most models at or near our HQ in Henderson, Nevada, and we are able to quickly ship most orders within 1-3 business days. In some cases, we have stock located in other locations in order to maintain as much new available stock for our customers as possible, and in those cases, shipping might take a bit longer than usual. But don't worry! We always list the estimated shipping time for units located at external warehouses so you will always know what to expect when you pull the trigger on your next ride.

We offer several options for shipping service at checkout, and the ship time quoted for each option is based on the time and day the carrier picks up the package from our facilities. We currently only ship to US addresses, not including Alaska or Hawaii.

HAWAII CUSTOMERS: Please note that Hawaii has currently banned the import of items with lithium batteries, so we will not be able to ship you an electric unicycle.

FedEx Ground Delivery Time: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Check transit times based on your zip code.

FedEx 2 Day Delivery Time: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences). Check transit times. 

USPS First Class Package: First Class Package Service is the lowest cost option provided by the USPS for small packages weighing 15.99 ounces or less. With fast delivery within 3 business days, the mail class is one of the most popular methods to ship within the U.S.

USPS Parcel Select: The lowest cost USPS shipping option for packages up to 70 lbs. Domestic delivery averages 2-8 business days. This is not a guaranteed service; delivery may be delayed.
