My King Song EUC will not reach top speed?

The manufacturer requires you to ride the first 10 miles with a speed limitation in order for the rider to become more accustomed to their wheel before hitting top speed. If the King Song App is being retooled and updated they suggest that all riders use the third party Apps DarknessBot or EUC World.
