How to: Unlock your KS EUC

1. Download the King Song app and open it.
2. Turn your wheel on.
3. Select your wheel in the device list in the app.
4. Once the wheel is connected, it will beep a few times.
5. The app may prompt you to unlock the wheel. If it does, unlock the wheel and the motor should engage assuming the wheel is stood upright as if you were about to start riding.
6. If it does not prompt you, there will be a row of buttons underneath the speedometer, one of which should have a lock icon. Press this button to toggle the lock state. If it does not work, keep pressing the button or restart both the app and the wheel. If it still will not unlock, restart your phone and the wheel and try again. Eventually the motor will engage. If it still will not engage, try using a third party app such as EUC World for android or Darkness Bot for iOS to unlock the wheel. If you have trouble using either of these apps, let us know and we can provide additional assistance.

The reason this lock is turned on from the factory is to prevent the motor from spinning up in the box, which could damage the packaging or the wheel in transit. The Lock is active if moving your wheel makes it beep constantly.
