I'm having trouble with my S18 suspension

First, check that the pump is in suspension mode. If the pump is in suspension mode the internal second piston won't expand when the pump is pulled.

The pump can be put into suspension mode by locking the second expansion piston to the first: rotate the expansion piston into the locked position when closed.

If you find that the pump is defective, we will replace it under warranty.
