My device isn't charging fully?

If your EUC isn't charging fully, some troubleshooting is required to look deeper into the issue.

  • When you plug the charger into the wall does the status light turn green?
  • When you then plug the charger into the wheel, does the light on the charger turn red, or stay green?
  • Does the wheel enter charging mode when plugged in?
  • If the charger stays green and the wheel enters charging mode, what level of charge does the wheel report in the app? (This issue could either be caused by a defective charger, or a battery that contains one or more defective cells.)
  • Let us know the results of the tests above. Sending photos of the tests as well as any screenshots of errors and the battery level in the app is very helpful. Based on the results our CS/tech teams will evaluate the next best steps.
