High Voltage Error on V11/V12

If you're getting a "High Voltage Error" on your V11 or V12, here are the next steps to calibrate the batteries:

  • Leave the wheel to charge for 24 hours. This will get the battery packs to full voltage as determined by the charger.
  • InMotion Global in China will need to remote into your wheel to calibrate both batteries' internal voltmeters.
  • You will need to contact your dealer in order to have this done, as InMotion will only allow such calibrations to be done through the help of the wheel's original dealer.
    • If your dealer is unwilling or unable to provide this service, please let us know and we will see if we are able to help.
    • If the unit was bought through us, we'll provide this service. Provide us with the serial number so we can share that with InMotion China.
  • We'll coordinate to set up an appointment time with InMotion in China for calibration.
  • At the appointment time, turn on your unit and have it upright.
  • Connect to the wheel with the InMotion app.
  • Select the diagnose option.
  • Press and hold the diagnose button. This will prompt the phone and unit to connect with InMotion in China.
  • We will coordinate with InMotion to let you know when the unit is calibrated.
  • Reset the unit and confirm that the battery is reading full voltage.
