How to: Operate V11 Suspension Pump

The new V11 pump design has an attachment and detachment process to prevent air from leaking out while the pump is being unscrewed. Here is a guide on how to use this pump:

1. Unscrew all four valve caps (both top and bottom chambers)

2. At the end of the flexible air hose, unscrew the long black piece from the short plastic piece. These two pieces are separate and are connected by a silver tube.

3. Screw the long black piece at the very end of the hose onto the valve you want to inflate.

4. Screw the smaller black stubby piece into the long black piece. This will depress the valve stem to insert air into the chamber.

5. Pump up the first chamber: We recommend ~50psi for the top chambers and ~100-130psi for the bottom chambers as a starting point.

6. Once you're done pumping, unscrew the black stubby piece while keeping the long black piece attached. This allows the valve stem to pop back up, keeping the high pressure in the chamber without allowing air to escape.

7. Unscrew the long black piece from the valve. Repeat for the other three chambers.
