S22 Motor Recall

Early versions of S22 units are shipped with a motor that may have an issue with stator slippage, which can manifest in a clicking noise or total loss of power. EUCO.us has issued a recall on these motors and provided upgraded versions at no cost. Per King Song's guidance, the fixed motors have a different motor identification label than the problematic motors. See image below. If your unit has the problematic motor, please DO NOT ride the unit and contact EUCO at contact@euco.us to arrange a replacement motor.
