How to Fix a Locked InMotion V11

Your InMotion V11 unit may become temporarily locked if an internal issue is detected. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.


  • Please contact: service@imscv.com and send them your unit's serial number, a screenshot of the error code, as well as a description of the issue. InMotion can run a remote diagnosis on the wheel to determine the exact part that is malfunctioning so that you can replace the appropriate part to repair your unit.
  • Once InMotion has determined which part needs to be replaced they may ask you to reach out to the distributor that you bought your unit from to request the part from them.
