InMotion App & Android: Troubleshooting

If you're having problems using the InMotion App with a device running Android, please take note of the following:

Enable All Permissions

InMotion's app asks for various system-level permissions when installing and running the app for the first time on Android. These are not meant to scrape data from your device, and they're needed for many of the app's features to work properly. Disallowing any number of the permissions asked can lead to failed connectivity, general bugs and failures of features to work properly. Please double check your settings to see if any permissions are unchecked.
