(InMotion)Failed Light Effect Transfer Or Sound Album Transfer

If you have encountered a failure message when attempting to transfer a new light effect or sound effect album to your Glide 2, Glide 3, V5, V8, V10 or V12 electric unicycle, please try the following.

• Open the InMotion App and connect your wheel, then activate the anti-spin button underneath the handle. While the motor is deactivated, lean the wheel forward and rest it on the edge of the case on a perfectly flat surface. The wheel should be balancing without your assistance. 
• Navigate to the light or sound customization and attempt the transfer again.
